10.30 - 11.30am in the Minstrel Hall A more informal Remembrance Day Service
Gavin Mart (ODA) with his acoustic band will be sharing some of his songs which will help us reflect on past pupils who have passed away and on the despair of warfare. This will lead us into a time of Remembrance at 11am.
From 11 O'clock onwards I will share with you news of some recent events with past pupils, reflect on 1 Peter 2:4-5, and announce exciting new targets for our John Njendahayo Uganda project for 2010 - many past pupils from over the last 25 years are now very involved in this aspect of St David's - I will introduce you to a few who will be joining us for this service.
Gavin will conclude the service with a blessing of peace - the song "Message to You".
6.30 - 7.30pm in the Minstrel Hall
An alternative Sunday Evening Service
Gavin Mart will play a full set of songs which are deeply moving, spiritual and soulful. He will introduce his guests "Man and Wife" who will sing a couple of their tracks.
